The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Sweetly Done may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Sweetly Done reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
- You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
- The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
- You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order. Sweetly Done has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment card charged. If payment has already been taken and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a refund to the payment card in the amount of the charge.
Cancelling an order and returns policy
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless faulty. All products are handmade and may slightly vary in size, shape, appearance and weight. Packaging may also vary in size, shape, appearance and weight. All orders are processed as soon as possible, and we aim to post items within three working days. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances. Should your items arrive faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, providing photos and written evidence. Any faulty items will be promptly reviewed and replaced, partially refunded, or fully refunded, depending on the severity, as we see fit. For a full refund, the item may need to be returned to us and this will be confirmed to you within our communication. For refunds, at least 85% of the product (the fudge itself) plus original packaging must be returned for inspection. If evidence of damage is not provided within 48 hours, your rights to a replacement or any refunds may be forfeited. We will not refund or reimburse for quality issues arising after the recommended best before date, or as a result of being incorrectly stored. This does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend returning items via a tracked service. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Unless a full refund is issued, original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return postage costs are not reimbursed unless the product was faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.
No products may be returned to Sweetly Done without the prior written consent of Sweetly Done and may be subject to a return charge. No refund or exchange will be issued if a return is sent back outside of the terms of this policy and we may dispose of the product without further notice or liability.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
Sweetly Done assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
